After speaking with my family about cosigning, I called the dealership back, and Chad was very helpful in sending me over the application I needed to fill out as well as answering all of my questions. The next day Austin called me and let me know I was approved and said they could deliver the car to me for free within the hour! I spoke with Mr. Palmer about warranty on my vehicle, and didn't pressure me in any way. He was just great. Gary delivered the car & he was so nice & funny :) He made signing the paperwork a breeze and was a pleasure to meet. Though I was nervous in making my first vehicle purchase, the Palmer team made it so easy & stress-free! Not having to go back to the dealership was SO convenient.
