I conducted my purchase via phone and email. The buyers order given to me prior to making the trip to the dealer was exactly what I paid. I flew from Tampa to Atlanta to pick up the Ram truck. Everything was smooth and honestly it was the fastest I have ever completed paperwork. I would get my next vehicle from Palmer Ram. Jim Miller did a great job. I do not see him on the “Rate People You Worked With” section. I would give him 5 stars as well. Thank you!!! More
