We own two Jeep Grand Cherokees. They are numbers 4 and 5. Ever since moving to Roswell, we have been bringing them to Palmer because the service is excellent. It is done in a timely fashion. Take my car here mostly for oil changes. Had an engine issue that needed attention. They fixed the engine issue and returned the car. Noticed something was not right so they took the car back to fix it. F issue that needed attention. They fixed the engine issue and returned the car. Left HID headlight out. Quoted $381 for bulb replacement. Did not accept. Picked car up, bulb and hardware in passenger seat. CAI loose with hoses and sensor disconnected. Ordered new bulb a replacement. Did not accept. Picked car up, bulb and hardware in passenger seat. CAI loose with hoses and sensor disconnected. Ordered new bulb and still didn't work. Found that 20 amp mini fuse was blown. Replaced and now working. I also cleaned the filthy throttle body and reassembled all connectors and hoses. Works great now and spend 5 bucks. What can I say except that the service sucked.. Complaining doesn't help. They don't realize that some people that bring their car in have extensive troubleshooting experience but don't want to do it themselves. We just want an honest reliable service e performed. This won't change anything but I feel better venting. Have a good day! More

I think Roberto del Campo did a very good job as a service advisor. He explained my issues and addressed my concerns and I have no concern with him. Rather my concern is with the dealership as a who service advisor. He explained my issues and addressed my concerns and I have no concern with him. Rather my concern is with the dealership as a whole. Of the 23 people I counted, only 3 wore masks and no one maintained a 6-foot safety distance. Most staff acted as if we were in the middle of a pandemic. I don't really care of your politics, however, you have clients and you should at least make them feel safe and comfortable. My next car and service will not be with your company. More
