All the people are very nice , responsive and professional . Friday was a busy day and when I called to verify a part was in before I drove out . I held for 6 minutes for service before being transferred to parts where I held for 9 more minutes . It was in and installed in a reasonable time after my arrival . This was the 2nd time coming in after a recent oil change. The filter wasn't tight on the first go around. Palmer serviced with a new oil change.
