They fixed the problem well and discovered a couple of issues I didn't know was going on. The reason I am only giving 4 of 5 stars is because of the exorbitant cost for services rendered. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap taking it to the dealership but after I got home and checked my bank account, I discovered there was $39 extra surcharge on my receipt for using my credit card and made my jaw drop when I looked at my bank account. I wish this little detail would have been better explained to me before I showed up to pay so I could have brought my checkbook. It really grates on my nerves how these credit card companies tack on extra charges to use their products, and it makes me wished I would have just paid in cash. Other than that, thanks for repairing my vehicle. More
I was in the area because of a medical appointment and stopped by the dealership because I had damaged the splash guard on my Challenger pulling into a friend's unfinished driveway. I showed up without an appt but Kimberly and some of her guys took the time to look at it anyway. They gave me their honest appraisal and assured me that if came back first thing the next morning they would get me patched up. So that is what I did. I was very happy with the quality of work and the peace of mind that I left with in terms of no rattling and no low quality parts. I got a chance to check out some of the inventory as well, a lot of nice Hellcats! More than anything I want to thank Kimberly Keyes for hearing me out without the appt, and getting me out of there.
