Once I called service to explain where I was & what happened with my oil change, the team acted with urgency, sincere compassion and each person that assisted with taking care of me & my truck were genuine. Despite my frustrations and being tremendously inconvenienced immediately, all worked out. I will return to Palmer, I trust Peyton, Mike and team with taking care of my baby (Truck). This was a simple accident that could have been much worse. I do not feel nearly as comfortable in my truck after I had to return it a second time. Mgr.
