in February, my wife bought a used Lexus RX 350 and paid full asking price. She later, mid April, told me the air conditioning was not cold. I had it in a local shop to find out it needed a compressor, a $2 full asking price. She later, mid April, told me the air conditioning was not cold. I called Palmer Dodge, Randy the used car manager told me they do a presale inspection so they must have known about the AC system. He told me to talk to my salesman which was Brandon and he told me to talk to David Keller the service manager. Brandon was supposed to have David Keller call me. Crickets. More
