From the moment I hit submit on my custom order 2500 ram rebel diesel, I was contacted by Erol and the Palmer team to make sure I had a contact for when the time got closer to receive my truck. The dealership has serice issues that need to be addressed, at the last oil change I was told that I purchased a 3 oil change package, when I knew I purchased 4. After posting the experience on Goog addressed, at the last oil change I was told that I purchased a 3 oil change package, when I knew I purchased 4. After posting the experience on Google reviews the manager called me and stated that I did purchase 4 oil changes and the next one I would get free. I just took the truck for leaking coolant and received a new water pump and other parts, I asked for the oil change and don't think I received it! Someone also activated the Serious XM service in me truck without my approval as well! More
