From the moment I hit submit on my custom order 2500 ram rebel diesel, I was contacted by Erol and the Palmer team to make sure I had a contact for when the time got closer to receive my truck. The follow ups were consistent and on time as if they knew I needed to reach out to them. And the process in the dealership was probably the best I’ve experienced as far as in and out with no strings attached and no hidden fees or add on’s. When I had a question as to why the rebel was missing the smart rear view mirror, Erol jumped on it to get me my answer. Overall, I rate this dealership, and my experience, a 10 out of 10. More
The dealership has serice issues that need to be addressed, at the last oil change I was told that I purchased a 3 oil change package, when I knew I purchased 4. After posting the experience on Goog addressed, at the last oil change I was told that I purchased a 3 oil change package, when I knew I purchased 4. After posting the experience on Google reviews the manager called me and stated that I did purchase 4 oil changes and the next one I would get free. I just took the truck for leaking coolant and received a new water pump and other parts, I asked for the oil change and don't think I received it! Someone also activated the Serious XM service in me truck without my approval as well! More
