My advisor was nice enough but the process at the dealership is not ideal. I made an early AM appointment prior to my visit. My expectation was that my vehicle would be diagnosed that day. I tried to call 4 times that afternoon and was hung up on after being put on hold every time. The receptionist didn't seem to care. I texted to no response. Turns out, they didn't even look at my vehicle that day. The next late afternoon I finally was informed they diagnosed my vehicle and it needed a door latch and it would be ready the next day. Part didn't arrive so it took another day before it was ready. Again, my service advisor was polite and apologetic but they seem to have systemic issues with staffing or process. More
Overall my experience in the service department was very good. I had an exhaust manifold gasket go bad and had a tailgate latch recall fix performed. The only improvement I would like to see is tightening up the appointment schedule so vehicle service can begin the same day, particularly for customers that made an appointment well in advance. More
sales associate, Tony White, was very personable and helpful making a really genuine experience for me and an absolute pleasure, he treated me respect, dignity and professionalism. The shift -floor manager or general manager well... he was more concern on driving up his margin on the sale and for a time he was not listening to me...its not ok but, I guess that is his role (Bad cop routine). Did not take long to agree on compromises on the sale-out the door price. Additionally as a condition of the sale, Palmer Dodge agree on replacing the two front tires since the current ones are dry-rotted and a road hazard, thus I will limit my driving until they get replace next week(week of 9-25-2023). And in addition Palmer Dodge agreed on installing running boards or similar on at the same time the tires are replaced. The contracts manager, Chris Boozer, was also outstanding. They will have my business in the future. More
