Have contacted him multiple times, does not follow through with calling back or returning messages. I had to contact the Parts Dept myself to find out that my part is in but yet still have not heard through with calling back or returning messages. I had to contact the Parts Dept myself to find out that my part is in but yet still have not heard from him. Understand that there was a computer breach but that doesn't give an excuse to not follow up with a customer. Even to just say that he got my message. I feel that because he's not making money off of my service, I'm not as important. Maybe that isn't the case but what else am I to think? More
