From the very first they listened to my needs and responded with possibilities. Heather suggested that I come and look at some of the cars that were available. When she learned that I was going to ca responded with possibilities. Heather suggested that I come and look at some of the cars that were available. When she learned that I was going to call an Uber to make the trip over to the dealership, she asked where I lived. I live at Skyline Towers which is just across the street from the Palmen dealership. Heather immediately offered to have one of the salesmen pick me up and drive me over. I agreed. Adam picked me up in the Buick Encore that was my 1st choice in the cars that we had been discussing. I loved the feel of the car and the way it drove so smoothly and quietly. From there it was almost a done deal for me. The rest of the afternoon was putting together the rest of the pieces of the paperwork and signing it. It was all a very pleasant experience. I will recommend Palmen GMC to my family and friends. More
