Recall and ac checked and recharged There was a recall on the latches on my doors. They fixed those for free, which they should have.The only reason i knew about that was me and my bf di There was a recall on the latches on my doors. They fixed those for free, which they should have.The only reason i knew about that was me and my bf did sum research. Noone informed me of this recall. I also asked them to check my ac. They said there were no leaks, it only needed to be recharged. They had my car for over 24 hours. I picked up my car, the ac was cold. Now 4 days later, it's not working, again. Now, I have to bring it back on Thursday. So what the xxxx did i pay $154 for? I guess we will see what happens on Thursday. I'm not paying twice for them to do the same work!! I'm not very happy right now! I hope they redeem themselves! More

Owning up to Negligence Negligence in my book not doing the job in detail that the customer is paying for on a repeated basis. As small as oil change the mileage sticker has Negligence in my book not doing the job in detail that the customer is paying for on a repeated basis. As small as oil change the mileage sticker has to be replaced in order for the customer to know their next oil change. Simply that’s how the customer bases oil changes. I was told it was my job! More
