Quick and efficient I came in for a a regular oil change. I waited in the waiting room drank a cup of coffee and ate a donut, which was provided by the dealership! Working in a service department environment as I have for seventeen years now I recognize a proficient, well trained service environment. My service was scheduled for 7:30 AM, a polite young woman performed a walk around opened my hood, handed me my advisor’s business card and said John will be your advisor and showed me to the wait area.
