Longest wait ever for a simple oil change. I had an appt at 7 a.m.and did not get out of there until 10 to 9!!! I understand it is a free oil change but holy Christmas, oil changes only take 10 minutes at at 7 a.m.and did not get out of there until 10 to 9!!! I understand it is a free oil change but holy Christmas, oil changes only take 10 minutes at most and with having an appointment I didn't think I would be there so long which is why I made the appt. so early in the morning. I would rather go across the street and pay for an oil change that takes 5 minutes instead of feeling like I am being held hostage. I even had to ask for my vehicle which was ready and pulled around waiting for someone to complete the paperwork. More

I took my truck in to have the 4x4 fixed. I have an extended warranty, I was told that it was not covered. I called the dealership I bought the truck from. They called the extended warranty company whi extended warranty, I was told that it was not covered. I called the dealership I bought the truck from. They called the extended warranty company which reported that Palm Coast ford had never even called to check coverage on my truck. Palm coast ford was wanting to charge me $300 to get something fixed that is 100% covered by my warranty. I had to pay $130 to leave with my truck that day for a “diagnostic fee” I was not told prior to my appointment that I would be charged this. I was told if the parts were covered by warranty I wouldn’t have to pay but if they weren’t I would have to pay the $130! So there was no way to know until after. I’m beyond mad over this whole ordeal and will now be driving my truck over an hour away to have something fixed that should have already been fixed and now I’m Out $130! More
