TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE It's very easy to let 116,000 residents of Flagler county know of my HORIBLE EXPERIENCE at Palm Coast Ford Was presented the internet price ($46,193) It's very easy to let 116,000 residents of Flagler county know of my HORIBLE EXPERIENCE at Palm Coast Ford Was presented the internet price ($46,193) on the phone and from a text by Chris who works at the dealership. I have the picture of the sticker on my phone. Chris made me an appointment for the next day but was too busy when I arrived. I was pawned off to Patrick who was clueless about the truck and spent most of his time telling me about his divorce. Then Patrick had the nerve to ask me to give him a good review. The price changed to a higher price ($49,322) once I went to the dealership and the numbers continued to dance all over the paper thanks to Frank a floor manager. They advertised ZERO % financing for 72 months but after my credit score showed an OUSTANDING 845 the rate I got changed from Zero to 4.99% and there were excuse for that too. Things changed by the minute. Patrick did not know the truck and I gave up asking questions about the truck because I obviously knew more about the truck. It was Memorial Day so my credit union was closed but I later found out from Patrick via an email that there was an incentive for first responders (of which I am) but the reason I did not get the incentive because I financed through Ford Motor Credit. I DID NOT ASK TO FINANCE THROUGH THEM but Frank moved things along very fast. He is very slick! The following day, all kinds of people from the dealership were blowing up my phone saying that I needed to call them right away or call Ford Motor Credit because my credit was locked. They were in a panic. I called Sean the finance guy at the dealership and told him I did not know my credit was locked but never mind about that, I will just go down to the dealership and pay off what I owe. he said "YOU CAN'T DO THAT, YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE LOAN". There is so much more to say about this dealership and there unethical business practices but I choose to use social media, my truck as a rolling billboard and word of mouth about this "so called" home town dealership. I got taken but they will never do that again because I will buy from a reputable dealership. I went to Gary Yeomans Ford in Daytona and Bozard in Saint Augustine and found out I would have paid much less. Way to go Palm Coast Ford! More

Was checking out some other dealers when the Sales Manager, Sean, who asked me if I needed any further info and told me a little about their dealership. They seemed to be very willing to work with the customer, which I was not getting from the other dealerships I was talking to. Took the drive to Palm Coast where they had the vehicle I was interested in out front awaiting my arrival. Very friendly and courteous employees throughout. Talked some numbers and made the deal, driving out with a new truck! Would definitely recommend to others. More
Way to long I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. The car was taken back on time. The service, which was only the oil change, took 90 minutes. I can't say for sure that the woman i selected below is the one that came to talk to me, all i remember is it was a blond woman that came to talk to me while the car was back there, but i thought she was older than the one in the picture below. The staff was very nice and helpful. The place looked clean and organized. The dealership was unwilling to lower the price of the cars even though you could clearly see that it had dents and chipped pain clean and organized. They kept saying that they would fix it but they didn’t get back to us and I highly doubt that they would fix everything that is wrong with the car. More

COMMUNICATIONS NEEDS WORK The service work itself was fine, as far as I can tell. There was a little confusion during checkout but that was overcome pretty quickly.. The facility is clean and the service employees are well trained and efficient, based on this and previous service visits. And the work was done right on time, as promised. Pricing seems good.. But the communications process with the dealer is pretty broken. The online appointment tool doesn't work at all - it shows no appointments available forever, as far as I can tell. I am a pretty savvy tech guy and couldn't break through. Since I have used this every time before this and have never had a hitch, that was frustrating.. And when calling, it is simply impossible to get through to who you want to speak with or even to make an appointment. The phone just rings and then goes back to the operator who tries again and it just rings. My service advisor, when I finally was assigned one, was good enough to give me his cell number but then he was apparently unable to answer when I called. I ended up asking for an appointment through the chat tool and that required a call back from the service dept, which did come an hour or two later. These communication issues need to be addressed. More
