Joshua was absolutely awesome. He did a terrific job handling my car. Although Ford was very busy that day, Joshua was very professional & efficient. He assured me my oil change, tire rotation & new wip handling my car. Although Ford was very busy that day, Joshua was very professional & efficient. Our experience was terrible from having to walk home 3 miles after leaving vehicle to not be able to contact them by phone to dismiss it sales personnel helpful only when their interests were addressed. Follow up poor I have been going to PCF for 20 years and watched them grow. The last experience was a bit disappointing. 6 weeks to get a part for a 2 week old truc I have been going to PCF for 20 years and watched them grow. The last experience was a bit disappointing. 6 weeks to get a part for a 2 week old truck. And I had to call to find out it had already arrived and been sitting there. . Then I had to call to follow up about further service required after installation. My message is PVF needs to work on being proactive and not have the customer be the one reaching out . I know they can do this as they always worked this way in the past. Joshua did help to finally get it taken care of late in the day, just before closing and that was appreciated. More
