The dealership was very helpful and sympathetic to my situation even though Ford refused to help me. I bought a used 2017 F350 in May, 17K on the odometer, put about 1,000 miles on it, brought it in for situation even though Ford refused to help me. I bought a used 2017 F350 in May, 17K on the odometer, put about 1,000 miles on it, brought it in for 3 recalls and they found out that the carpet was soaking wet from a loose cab vent that cost $40.00. 17 hours of labor later and $3,500 poorer the problem is fixed. Still numb that Ford would not help me pay for this issue since it was very clear it had been leaking for a long time based on the amount of mold found under the carpet. Six months since the bumper to bumper expired. I've been driving Ford trucks since 1999 but I've now learned they do not stand behind them. Hoping to god I have no more issues with this truck. Next truck will be a RAM!!!! More
