2 hrs and 10 min for an oil change that was booked in for 11am. I arrived at 10:55 and drove out @ 1:10pm having been rescheduled from the previous day saying it was wide open. First off you should not need an appointment just for a oil change. Why do you have a quick lane service and don't utilize it? My wife dropped off the car at 12:45 for a 1:00 appointment and told the serv oil change. Why do you have a quick lane service and don't utilize it? My wife dropped off the car at 12:45 for a 1:00 appointment and told the service advisor she was going to wait there for the car. No one touched the car for over an hour then they moved it to the service bay but did nothing to it. She had to ask the service advisor how much longer before her car was done and got the usual it should be finished soon. Bottom line she had missed a 3:00 appointment else where. A simple oil change should only take 30 minutes or less. More
