I've never been a Ford guy, but the new Bronco caught my eye. We looked at the "Auto Mall in Daytona" but the sales tactics were high pressure and they had no inventory. I checked with our local Ford dealer Palm Coast Ford and they had a nice selection of Broncos in stock. I reached out through an internet lead and was contacted by Garrett Loughry. We said that we might drop in to look. Today we stopped by and met Garrett. We had an excellent sales experience. No pressure, Garrett was friendly and informative. Aside from asking me to keep all four wheels on the pavement around corners, our test drive was excellent going where we wanted to get a feel for the vehicle. We felt that the deal offered on our trade-in was fair and the price on the vehicle was fair and in line with the current market. We decided to purchase, and aside from being a long drawn out process of paperwork, (we bought a house in less time than it took to buy a car, but that's no different than any other dealer) the purchase process was smooth. Garrett took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle, to log us into the Ford App on our iPhones, and made sure that we were comfortable with the vehicle before we took final delivery.
