This is the second major service that I’ve had done at Palm Coast Ford... both services took hours to complete, with this last service requiring 5 hours to complete....I was advised by the service writer Palm Coast Ford... both services took hours to complete, with this last service requiring 5 hours to complete....I was advised by the service writer that it would be a 2, maybe 3 hour job. Nope, 5 hours. At this point it’s a trend with your service department, and to be honest.... I’m pretty sure that in the future I’ll be driving to Saint Augustine to see if they’re any Better at staying on the provided schedule. More
