Dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am for 8am appointment for oil chance tire rotation and an additional noise complaint. It wasn’t until 1pmto check on my truck. It was taken down as a message. I got a call back at 1:30 to tell me that they couldn’t figure out what the problem was with my truck. So I came in took out the service writer and the noise happened multiple times and I pointed it out. Wasn’t taken seriously and returned to the shop with the truck not ready because the oil change or tire rotation hasn’t happened yet!! Was told would be ready in an hour. This is 2pm. Called back at 340 for an update and was told they would call me back. Wife calls at 4pm and was told another 45 minutes. Received a call at 4:25 stating the truck was ready. Been coming and buying and servicing for years, just simply unacceptable. More

My salesman Michael Hamilton was great. He didn’t treat me like a business deal. I didn’t feel pressured on my sale at all.
