I had and am still the absolutely worst experience at this dealership. They disrespected my spouse, mother and I. They refuse to help all while being rude and then when you leave them a review about your this dealership. They disrespected my spouse, mother and I. I have a manager Shady DanDan literally tell me one day that he would be happy to help and then the next day he told me he never wanted me or my family to ever come back to his dealership because we were bad luck. Not to mention this is my first time buying and owning a car and I wouldn’t wish what is happening to me on my worst enemy. I am completed mortified with the service I received and wish I’d never went to them. I never imagined my first time buying a car to be a complete nightmare but that’s exactly what they gave. I called the DMV and they told me the car they have no record of my car! Pacifico told me that it was DMV fault but here I am and the DMV said they have no record of my car. More

Was looking at used cars for a while. Myself, being in the used car business, the prices are super inflated. I started looking for a new car. I originally went to Fred Beans in Langhorn Myself, being in the used car business, the prices are super inflated. I started looking for a new car. I originally went to Fred Beans in Langhorne and put a $500 deposit on a brand new Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Blue trim. They were charging $1500 over MSRP. I continued to search, then came across Pacifico Hyundai. I found the same car, BUT, a different color with the same exact ETA. Pacifico did not charge over MSRP. In fact, I paid $500 less than MSRP. Brandon, Taylor and Joe all were very accommodating. I had an early issue with communication that Taylor swiftly fixed and kept me informed with my vehicle's status.
