The main reasons why I was prolonging the purchase was because like most of us I hate the car buying process. I thought I was going to get the usual car salesman sneaky procedure and then back and forth with numbers for hours to end the deal. I couldn't have been any more wrong. When I arrived I was greeted by Chris (Sales Manager) who didn't ask me the usual" how can I help you", but with a nice genuine welcoming. We talked briefly about how they do business here different than other dealers and when I told him what car I was interested in, he then set me up with the most knowledgeable sales consultant I’ve ever encountered. Lamont has been with the company for over 10 years and it showed! He had answers to all of my questions and even went out of his way to assist me even when someone in the internet dept. told me about a car that was no longer there. Lamont was professional, knowledgeable, and an all-around stand up man. Chris Harmer was also great, he helped get me the best price for the car and also explained step by step how he arrived at the prices and why. I already have friends that are interested in the Hyundai brand and I didn't hesitate to tell them to visit Pacifico Hyundai and ask for Lamont Dean. More
