SERVICE LACKING We are in the situation to be shopping for a new car to replace my wife vehicle, 2009 Sonata. Have been trying to find a Genesis and Equus physically We are in the situation to be shopping for a new car to replace my wife vehicle, 2009 Sonata. Have been trying to find a Genesis and Equus physically available to look at and sit in and test drive. Eventually found a Genesis but today called Pacifico and was told they had 2 Equus' on the lot. So my wife and I drove down from Media to take a look. Walked in, was greeted by the manager and after telling him what we wanted, he went to get a salesman. Came back and said he was wrapping up something but would be right over. Why another salesman couldn't take care of us, I will never know. After 10 minutes, the manager came back, told us the salesman would be right there and an Equus was 10 minutes away from getting out of detailing. After 10 minutes of sitting in the showroom, a total of 20 minutes altogether, we walked out. Will NEVER shop there. I can only imagine what the rest of their service is like. More
