We enjoyed our experience overall, but we took an overall shorter time because we came into the dealership prepared. Beyond that, our only issue was the lack of finance managers. Whether sales volume is up or down, there need to be enough staff to accommodate the customers. In our case, it appeared as if sales were up and being closed in a timely fashion, then you had to wait, potentially a very long time. Other than that, Steve was awesome and made accommodations for us in light of being understaffed. As stated before, awesome experience! Would definitely go there again, if another purchase needs to be made in the future! More

This was the 1st dealership I went to and if it wasn't for a friend of mine who grew-up with someone from Steven is a great guy and was very helpful.
