This is my 9th straight car purchased at Pacifico Ford. But this time was different. COVID finally knocked on my door (or should I say wallet) and I found myself in a difficult position. I made the hard choice and spoke with Shadi Dandan, explaining that I wasn’t coming in for a new car this time. Now I needed a needed to lower my payments, just hoping for some suggestion. Shadi said I’ll call you back within 30 minutes and I was hoping for him to point me in a good direction outside of voluntarily repossession. I received a call back from him a short time later, telling me he could get me into a new car, for far lower payments, and would get me approved for a term that was very manageable. And I couldn’t imagine that they made much on the deal. Shadi set me up with Chris Watson, who works on commission, and he couldn’t have been kinder. Instead of making me feel like some sap wasting his time, Chris said that “this is how we treat loyal customers”. I not only drove out of there with a beautiful car and lower payments that I could afford, but I did it with my head held high. I don’t go to Pacifico Ford because they make me feel like a valued customer, I go there because they make me feel like family. There is no other dealer that I would trust more than this team !! More

Got there at 3:15 didn’t finish until around 6. Just had to sit. Did not come to buy a car Transmission went on the other. And it only had 47.5 miles. I'm so happy I was referred to Chris Watson. He's an excellent sales representative, but he's also a great person. He listens to customer's needs.
