Yohannes was our salesperson. He was extremely professional. We hadn't planned on actually purchasing today (just shop around). Salesman Yohannes Kiros and GM Stanley Otto Jr. and the rest of team at Pacifico Ford did an amazing job at getting me the deal that I had in mind. Even with the nationwide outage to their systems, and the rest of team at Pacifico Ford did an amazing job at getting me the deal that I had in mind. Even with the nationwide outage to their systems, Yohannes Kiros made sure that everything went as smooth as possible. Instead of keeping me there at the dealership to complete all my paperwork, Yohannes provided me with the minimum necessary paperwork to complete so I could be on my way. Then later he traveled to my vacation home with the rest of the documents to finish up…..and also a couple of things I left in my trade in vehicle. His communication throughout this process was extremely helpful and professional. You can tell Yohannes and everyone at Pacifico takes pride at what they do and care about the people they serve.
