I like to let others know that, the pacifico Ford dealership in Philadelphia on Essington ave., diagnosed my F150 engine problem in 30 minutes. Faster than the last repair shop I took it to. They nic dealership in Philadelphia on Essington ave., diagnosed my F150 engine problem in 30 minutes. Faster than the last repair shop I took it to. They nickel and diming me, and still couldn't figure out what was wrong, after 3 times trying. Bob Rauh was very honest with me . He even contacted my warrantee Co. and followed through on every step of the way until the day he called and said, come pick my truck up. I was well satisfied. Thanks. Mantson Singleton. More

My husband and I where between a hard place and an even harder place when we arrived on a "wing and a prayer" at Pacifico Ford. We barely made it. Our Jeep engine had blown. I wasn't in the mood to go car harder place when we arrived on a "wing and a prayer" at Pacifico Ford. We barely made it. Our Jeep engine had blown. I wasn't in the mood to go car shopping with an empty wallet. But then we met a friendly face that belonged to salesman Earl Hill. He held our hands and walked us through a process that seemed forever but had the best outcome for us. He worked with us, walking back and forth from his desk to the car lot to the finance officer until they found the best option for us. It turned out to be just the option we could live with. We drove off their lot with a new (to us) used car that had so may options (I think there's a bathroom somewhere in here) that I am still exploring them. We owe it to Earl and all the Pacifico team members including the used car manager and Bernard, the financial manger for helping us. This dark day turned into a bright beam of light! I left with me shaking my head in disbelief but with a big smile. Way different then when I walked in and met a smiling Earl Hill whose contagious simile ended up on my face too. So Earl, this smile is for you! :-) More

I am a Customer! Not a Petri dish!I ‘m dismayed! Not I am a Customer! Not a Petri dish! I ‘m dismayed! Not only as a Stock holder in Ford. Also, as a loyal, respectful customer (since 2015). On mor I am a Customer! Not a Petri dish! I ‘m dismayed! Not only as a Stock holder in Ford. Also, as a loyal, respectful customer (since 2015). On more than one occasion. When sitting in waiting area, waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. A person will arrive out of no where. Tag me (watch or observe closely), and stare at me for hours. Or how ever long it takes for service to be completed on my vehicle. This behavior has been ongoing for years. For what reason? Your organization “Pacifico” took an unprovoked #2 on me. I swept it under the rug and bought a car from here. You continue to greet me with this behavior? It seems these actions may be the product of a guilt conscience? The average person under these circumstances. Will have made a terrible mistake in this matter. Why? The stare down is so blatant and disrespectful. These actions will have been perceived as an act of war. Exciting extreme anger in the average person. Service Advisor (Andrew) and Service Tech 5 Star Service!! Thank you so much! I’m sorry I have to leave such an harsh but honest review of your organization. Please don’t contact me with phony apologies. Your not sorry for your actions. This was purposeful. If you had any kind of remorse. You will have discontinued this behavior long ago. More
