I deal with Pacifico for warranty issues and the service is horrible. Good luck getting Quick Lane to even answer their phone. Turnaround times on repairs is ridiculous. I used the ""QUICK LANE" today while I waited for emissions inspection and tire check. I had no appointment. They said 1.5 hrs. They completed it in 1.25 hrs. Gotta love accountability. I RECOMMEND them for service of any car even if it is not a Ford. More

I guess I would say I'm jaded when it comes to trusting anyone when it come to buying or selling a vehicle. That being said, the level of genuineness I felt while speaking with Brian exceeded any prior experience Ive ever had. He was knowledgeable beyond his job status, and his patience was commendable as I ask like to be overly informed in these sorts of matters.
