This is the world's worst Dealership. My family and I came to this dealership to purchase a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. I have 4 little boys 8 and under. I got approved for the van it was per My family and I came to this dealership to purchase a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. I have 4 little boys 8 and under. I got approved for the van it was perfect for me and my family. We filled out the paperwork work it, they told me that they knew where the title was and that everything was okay I could take the vehicle today. They gave me a dealer tag and said it should not take long and assured me everything will be fine. I also did a trade in for this vehicle. The salesman Richard that we was working with had all of our contact information. He even came to my house to swap out the dealer tag, so that means he had our address. Close to a month having the van I notice that I did not receive any information from the bank regarding my loan. I reach out to the bank and the bank advised me to reach out to the dealership. That is what I did. I called and spoke to Sales Manager Stanley. The first 2 minutes into the phone call he began to raise his voice at me. He accused me of avoiding his phone calls and attempted to raise his voice some more. I was able to get the reason on why he was trying to call me in the first place. He begins to tell me that we need to return the car and that the car does not have a title and they can not get a title. I then ask him what number was he calling? And provided the wrong number. Which is interesting to me because I have filled out so much paperwork with my email and phone number associated I do not understand why he would have the wrong number. Pure negligence on there end and then our Salesman Richard also knows where we live. It's not impossible to get in touch with us. I feel like they did not do enough to get in touch with us. We return the minivan, Stan did apologize for the confusion, but he did not take ownership of the title situation and actually no one did. This really affected my family we had this van for a month. No one apologize for what this did to my family and they did not have another vehicle that was suitable for my family they didn't even try hard enough to resolve the issue. Every time I spoke to someone about it, I had to reach out to them no one took the lead in this. Only me. I had to explain to my children why we had to return the vehicle that we had for a month and go back to the the car that we had. Also, our trade in was sitting on the lot for a month. No one communicated with the bank that we have the loan with about the situation, which caused us to pay our car note late! We never paid our car note late. They ran my credit so many times that it did end up causing a issue. I went to another dealership to purchase another vehicle and I could not get the same rate. After I was told by Bernard finance Manager that, that would not be an issue. Another Lie! I emailed General Manager Tom Flynn about the issue and I did not get an apology. No accountability nothing. This Dealership Screwed me and my family. Im paying more for my new note because of all this drama. Do not give these people your business. More
