He even remembered my birthday and called to wish me a happy day as well as check to see how the car was running. Most salespeople sell you the car and good bye. His knowledge and excitement of Ford's products and current incentives mad us excited and eager to do business with Ford. When all was said and done, Ford's prices in compare with the comparable models from other car companies were basically the same, but at the end of day, we really wanted to do business with Mike Henkin and the Pacifico team in Philadelphia.
