My experience at pacifico was extrodinary! Tyrell was very polite and answered every question I had. He was very prompt and patient with me through the whole process! Neal was extremely responsive to our interests and knowledgeable about the cars. He offered his opinion when asked, but was not pushy about any particular features or cars; he let us make up our own m knowledgeable about the cars. He made the car buying experience extremely easy and he was very flexible about picking up the car which we really appreciated. If we decide to buy another car we will be sure to call Neal. Carol was very friendly and great at her job. By the time we got to her we were tired and hungry but she made the experience great. We definitely left her office satisfied and knowledgeable about our car. Overall, Pacifico Ford was well run and we would gladly come back! More

Pacifico Ford is the biggest ripoff dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a 2005 C240 Mercedes Benz August 2011. It wasn't until I took my car to an actual Mercedes dealer and found out that I ever dealt with. I purchased a 2005 C240 Mercedes Benz August 2011. It wasn't until I took my car to an actual Mercedes dealer and found out that I was sold a very dangerous car because the "Safety Restraint System" is faulty and I believe that Pacifio knew about this when they sold me the car. I also found out at the Mercedes dealer that the car was not worth the price that I was charged for it and am still paying. The price is so high that if I tried to sell the car, I would only get half the amount of what is owed on the car. I believe that I was intentionally taken advantage of and I will be contacting a lawyer. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone for anything. They are unethical and the Sales Manager, Joe Romano should be fired. After searching their website, I believe that the crooked salesman is no longer employed there because I didn't see his name or picture. They are probably better off, but they still need to make this situation right with me. More

The salesmen (Mike H. and Bernard J.) were very knowledgeable and experience with regards to the vehicles they had shown me. Everyone was polite and went out of their way to ensure I was taken care knowledgeable and experience with regards to the vehicles they had shown me. Gabi was the salesman to help me........and I rate him excellent! Did everything he could to help me and answered all my questions.
