I've been a very satisfied Pacifico Mazda Service customer for 7 years and since I chose to buy a Ford I stuck with Pacifico due to proximity to work/home and familiarity with the franchise. Rocky, Jay, and Tracy were phenomenal to work with and they were very attentive and thoughtful during the process of ordering our new car and closing the sale. This is the fourth time I've purchased a car from a dealer and the third time I knew exactly what I wanted, so I was surprised that both the ordering and more specifically the closing process took so long. Despite having my paperwork in order (except I needed my A-plan pin and that took about 10 minutes when I made a phone call), It took us over 3.5 hours to review paperwork, inspect the car, and sign the contracts this morning/afternoon. If I add up my 3 previous deliveries together it wouldn't have added up to 3.5 hours. I'm not sure if this is a work-flow thing or not, but it was inconvenient when I mentally booked about 2 hours to close the sale and get to work by 11 (based on experience with previous purchases). I'm also on the fence about whether or not I got the best dollar for my trade-in, especially when I fixed one of the relatively serious issues that justified their initial trade-in offer PLUS added $600+-worth in brand new tires after discovering there were fatal failures in tires I had been sporting on my car (new car does me no good if I'm dead and trade-in value would drop dramatically if I wrecked the car). If my car ends up on their lot that's free money for them. Assuming their service remains good, I will definitely head to Pacifico first but I will reconsider trading-in with them the next time. All said, if you are considering a Ford car, visit Rocky and he'll take care of you. More

Chad did a great job selling the Ford Brand and the Specific vehicle (escape). I feel that we were able to cut through a lot of the xx that is associated with most auto sales.
