I have never bought a brand new car before so I was very nervous. When i spoke with Tyrell on the phone he was very welcoming and comforting. The entire process was smooth and stress free. The test drive was good I love the car but the icing on the cake was Tyrell. He was not pushy he didn't fast talk me which is the reputation that some car dealerships have. I was very impress and when I drove out of the lot in my new car I felt like I had made an excellent decision by buy the car and going to Pacifico Ford. I tell everyone about my experience and I tell them to go to Pacifico Ford. Thanks you guys so much! When I am searching for a new car again I will definitely be coming back and I hope Tyrell Nolan is still there. More

This is by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with, from the exorbitant prices (I saved over $5000 from a Ford delership in Springfield) to the horrendous Customer Service. An employee that I'd lie to single out is Thomas Fogelboch. He treated me with with total disrespect and contempt. When I explained my mileage problem to him, he asked me who my sales representative was. I explained to him that I did not purchase the car from his dealership. He then said to me, very seriously, that "I only go to his dealership for recalls and warranties", I was under the impression that I was able to bring my car to any Ford Dealership. I strongly recommend that you send Mr. Fogleboch back to basic customer service training on how to handle customers. I will send a letter to your main head quarters to explain in more detail, including my inability to contact your service dept to make an appointment, John Fisher More

Rocky is a friendly, personable and helpful salesman. He is a pleasure to work with. Arriving at an agreeable price was a little bit of a hassle. I asked for the bottom line best price and it still took several back and forth negotiations before an agreement. (Makes you wonder if I could have paid even less!) I signed an agreement of sales but when I received the "final" invoice the numbers didn't match. Of course they were higher. I found one discrepancy in the Delaware registration fee which was corrected, but no one could explain ( to my satisfaction) the other difference. I obviously paid the higher price. More
