Smooth Purchase of a Focus I purchased a 2014 Focus Titanium hatchback from Pacifico Ford in November, 2014. I found the car I was interested in on their website, and requested I purchased a 2014 Focus Titanium hatchback from Pacifico Ford in November, 2014. I found the car I was interested in on their website, and requested information through the website. Within a couple of hours, I had received a reply both by email and phone call from Kurt Shadduck. Kurt and I discussed what I was looking for, and he sent me the pricing information on the car. No fuss, no muss. We scheduled an appointment for me to look at the car, and on the day in question Mike Henkin took me out for a test drive. Mike went through all the paperwork with me, and made everything as easy as possible. He also noticed that I was trading in an old Honda Civic, and found me another $500 rebate based on the trade-in. Mike presented me options for financing and for extended warranties and offered his opinion, but he applied no pressure what-so-ever, and happily processed everything based on my decisions. It'd been a long time since I last purchased a car, and while I was excited to find a new car, I had been dreading the "sales experience". But, Kurt and Mike made this experience as easy as it could have been. I didn't try to haggle the price down, but the price they offered lined up well with other dealers' prices and the "real price" recommendations I found online. The whole experience was friendly and professional. Highly recommended. More

I first dealt with Rocky DeGregorio about 15 years ago or so, he sold me a "97" Mercury Sable. I tried to buy a brand new "01" Sable from Pacifico, but they no longer had their Mercury dealership, so when I was ready to get a new car I looked up to see if Rocky was still with Pacifico, and he was. This guy is very professional, great to deal with he is very laid back, no pressure and does everything he can to get you what you want. I would definitely refer anyone I know to Pacifico and to definitely ask for Rocky, he will take great care of you from start to finish no doubt!! More
