One Taurus I bought had problems and I just traded in the 2012 Focus while I had a good trade in. I lost faith in that car due to the transmission problems. However, all that said, I have always returned to Pacifico since I have received excellent service at all levels. Bob Rauh in the Service dept. has treated me like a member of his family and the sales staff has always been helpful in assisting me. Desmond Bryant, from whom I just purchased the 2016 Ford Fusion was incredibly helpful at all levels. I found him very amicable and friendly but also saw he worked very hard to pull everything together. I look forward to driving the Fusion and also working with the Service dept. when necessary. The best car dealer in town I was out shopping for a new car and once I was approached by Desmond Bryant I knew buying a car with his assistant would be easy.
