Wende and Jorge at Pacifico Ford, and Steve, and Shadi at Pacifico Hyundai were all quite helpful as I mulled over my decision between a Ford Escape and Hyundai Tuscon. Ultimately, I decided on the 2017 Ford Escape SE, and Wende and Gina helped me navigate the paperwork and warranty options and such. Noise in the suspensoin I contacted the service department and scheduled an appointment for them to find a noise coming from under the car when I hit a major bumps in my 2014 I contacted the service department and scheduled an appointment for them to find a noise coming from under the car when I hit a major bumps in my 2014 Fusion.
