"Pleasurable Experience" Mike was very easy to deal with. He kept his word and didn't give me the run around. Will stay with Ford for future Leasing. Service I was concerned about my brakes. The service manager listened to my concerns, then did a drive with me. He didn't find anything wrong during the driv I was concerned about my brakes. The service manager listened to my concerns, then did a drive with me. He didn't find anything wrong during the drive but to make sure he didn't miss something he took it in and did a full brake inspection which also came up negative. All this was completed in less than a couple of hours. Big simles and Thank yous to Paul Rubin Service Manager for the exceptional service I received today!!! More
