Missing Paperwork I took my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection and had Sean Mellon as my service advisor. I didn't have some of the paperwork I needed. Instead I took my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection and had Sean Mellon as my service advisor. I didn't have some of the paperwork I needed. Instead of telling me they couldn't do the inspection, Sean helped me get online with PennDOT and get everything I needed. He pretty much took care of everything.
