Exceptional I called day bbefoe xmas with a tire which was almost flat and looked like it had a partial slash. Chris was very helpful in searching for the car that I wante On December 23, 2017 (Saturday), I arrived at Pacifica Ford dealership on Essington Ave. I seen a Ford Explorer 2015 on line that I was very intereste On December 23, 2017 (Saturday), I arrived at Pacifica Ford dealership on Essington Ave. I seen a Ford Explorer 2015 on line that I was very interested in test driving. However, I did stop at two other dealership on Essington Avenue before going to Pacifica Ford. I met Chris Smith at the front desk who was very helpful in searching for the SUV that I was interested in buying. I gave him the options that I was looking for in the vehicle. However, the Ford Explorer 2014 and 2015 did not have all the options that I wanted. Chris suggested the Ford Edge 2014 SUV which had all the options that I was seeking in a vehicle.
