Rear Driver's Side Tail light Cover Replacement I needed to have the rear driver's side tail light cover replaced. The service only took about 50 minutes so I was able to wait. Everyone was very I needed to have the rear driver's side tail light cover replaced. The service only took about 50 minutes so I was able to wait. Everyone was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and how much the cost would be ahead of time. I was very pleased with my experience and I have already recommend to others. Good communication, pleasant experience I've had our 2011 Sienna in to Fairfax three times in the last few months. The first time was for an intermittent klunk in the steering. This had been I've had our 2011 Sienna in to Fairfax three times in the last few months. The first time was for an intermittent klunk in the steering. This had been to another, nearer dealer twice for the problem: the first time they said "could not reproduce"; the second time they had me drive their tech around for a bit until he felt it, and then he said "brake shoes". Um, no, not in the steering. So off we went to Fairfax. They immediately diagnosed ball joints (my first guess, rejected by the other dealer), covered under extended warranty. Two days later, car back; slightly improved but still there. Some more research online suggested steering half-shaft. Indeed, on second attempt, they replaced that, also under warranty, and the problem is cured. Intermittent problems are a hassle for all, so I'm appreciative that they took it seriously and took reasonable steps to fix. Third visit was for new problem, driver's window. This turned out to be only partly under warranty, but again, pleasant, fast service, and it's back and cured. Shout-out to Carroll Hyman for his diligence and follow-through! More
