Be aware of what you are getting This dealership has high prices on all the work they do. I took my Sienna in for service and was told the Front Lower Ball and Front Stabilizer bar a This dealership has high prices on all the work they do. I took my Sienna in for service and was told the Front Lower Ball and Front Stabilizer bar are leaking. Once its fixed, I need to have alignment done and need a brake flush extraction. The service man told me he will confirm with the extended warranty company and will call me on Monday to setup another appointment to take care of the issues. To see what is covered and required, I called the extended warranty company and was told both the Front Lower Ball and Stabilizer bar services are covered under warranty and I don't need an alignment for these services as it is not touching any of the area that affects alignment. When I got the call from the service man, he says, he talked to the warranty company and they are going to cover both the services and they will also cover for the alignment too for this job. Second, I call Miller Toyota to see how much they charge for Brake Fluid, I got price of $125 including taxes whereas Fairfax Toyota is charging $200. Asked why is the difference, the manager said we use BG products and Miller Toyota uses some third party products. Miller Toyota confirmed that they are using BG products. Even if Miller using third party product, the brake fluid does not cost $75. What a rip off. I took my car to Miller Toyota to get Brake Fluid Flush and asked them to look at other issues identified by Fairfax Toyota. The service man and the technician showed me that both the lower ball joints and the stabilizer bar are not leaking. It was how Fairfax Toyota wanted to make additional money from customers. If you have lots of money to give away go to Fairfax Toyota and pay for extra services or go somewhere else to save or get a second opinion. More
