Toyota RAV4 Purchase I was fairly sure I wanted a RAV4 but was concerned about visibility issues (I am a short person). This dealership not only had the exact car, but they let me take it for an extended test drive of 24 hours for no fee. The final price was very good...could have been knocked down a little further (the trade-in value we received for my minivan could have been higher) but we are satisfied at this time with our purchase and with the overall experience. Spacious waiting room was like an airport club lounge... had two TVs -- caught up on morning talkshows -- had free coffee and donuts and read free newspaper! Actually got an important project done. Could have stayed even longer to work. Check out was a breeze and newly washed car was sitting outside waiting for me. More

I was welcomed and referred to a service technician, who took care to ensure all I needed was a state in The actual service experience was very good. I was welcomed and referred to a service technician, who took care to ensure all I needed was a state inspection. As soon as the car was ready, he immediately notified me that it was in line for a service wash, and I asked him to take it out of line as I had an appointment I needed to get to. My car was ready for me very shortly. A concern I have is the telephone service. I tried to call twice and was put in hold for five minutes and then a recorded message came on to say to leave my name and telephone number and I would get a call back. Three hours later I received a call but was at a yoga class and by the time I got home, the service department had closed. So I called the next morning, and got the same message. I then decided to go on line and make an appointment and got the scheduled time back immediately. My concern is there are times I, and I am sure other customers too, do not have internet access. I did leave a message and asked if the business needed some additional help as I felt the customer telephone service was unacceptable. More

When I call she lets me know what services are due, the time required and what the approximate cost will be. When I drop the car off she has everything ready and the car is taken in right away. Her being so organized really helps with reducing the amount of time I wait for the car. I always trust that Melanie will advise me as to what has to be done on the car and what can wait - she even gives me an overview of any upcoming service appointments that will take longer, what will be involved in the upcoming appointments and approximate cost. This really helps in budgeting and makes it a lot easier to plan ahead. More
