Worse experience ! I headed to Ourisman Toyota service center (not the sales department) for a complain on my new Camry, that was my first time to deal with the service center and from the first moment I stepped in they were v department) for a complain on my new Camry, that was my first time to deal with the service center and from the first moment I stepped in they were very unprofessional, rude and unwelcoming. Probably they don't like their job, so they start to send you from one to another just to schedule an appointment. I was in the market for a 2021 Toyota Highlander for my daughter for quit this time because of the great experience I had at Ourisman Fairfax Toyota. I was in the market for a 2021 Toyota Highlander for my daughter for quite a while. This is our first Toyota vehicle. I went to multiple different dealerships and had terrible experiences due to the current market and shortage of inventory. Multiple dealerships were selling inventory above MSRP. When I finally came to Ourisman Fairfax Toyota I was very surprised to find out that they had a great inventory and in particular the exact vehicle that my daughter wanted. As soon as I expressed my interest in the vehicle, the general manager of the dealership Gaurav Gulati who was excellent, greeted me and gave me an unbeatable offer.
