He did not pressure me and was very kind when I continued to ask more questions. Once my decision was made the sale went very smoothly. Not only did Eddy contact me as soon as my car was available, he also offered to come in on his day off to help me do the set up with my phone and my new car. I am not a fan of all this technology, but Eddy explained what I needed to do and walked me through the process. He answered all my questions and said I could contact him if I had more questions when I got home. I am so happy that Eddy was my sales person. I felt comfortable and never felt pressured when we started the sales process. I wish all the salesman I dealt with over the years had been as competent and kind as Eddy.
