Mount and Balance 1 35” tire I took my Jeep Wrangler in to get a new tire mounted onto a new rim. 3.5 hours later it was ready. The service advisor handed me bill. They charged me a whopping 149.99 to mount and balance 1 tire. What a ripoff! When I got home I looked over the freshly mounted spare and saw a nice big scratch in the Black Rim. Nobody told me they damaged it too! Shady! I purchased my Jeep from them, a high priced upfitted Rocky Ridge JLU. I will take my business elsewhere! More

I went to two Hyundai dealerships Service Advisor Steve Ritter is honest and great to work with. I have a Hyundai Sonata that has a Ford Service plan. I went to two Hyundai dealerships and they don't know what customer service is. Steve told me to bring my vehicle in and he had no issues completing an oil change and tire rotation under the agreement. So easy to work with Steve.
