Incredible miss-managed dealership. Service can't keep up. Service department is always behind. No care about a pandemic. They rather just jam pack waiting area. All they want is the dollars. Fantastic service as usual. We had an oil change performed. We were pleasantly surprised with the tire rotation and washing of vehicle. We wash our wrangler but after service it was sparkling!! Thank you for prompt service. I came in for routine maintenance and settled in for a two hour wait, I had barely gotten into newspaper number two when I was told my car was ready. I don't know the Service Department personnel was who accepted and prepared my car for service (oil change, 30,000 mile maintenance) on 24 Sep 2020. He is a Hispanic gentleman and displayed a profession accepted and prepared my car for service (oil change, 30,000 mile maintenance) on 24 Sep 2020. He is a Hispanic gentleman and displayed a professionalism that puts all the others to shame. He was upfront with his assessments, he was respectful and most important, he was honest. He kept me abreast of the situation from beginning to end. He told me their (Ourisman's) intentions, recommendations and completions.
