Terrible time getting an appointment Got a recall notice on a Friday which needed to be taken care or swiftly because the car was headed to college the following Friday. Called Ourisman J Got a recall notice on a Friday which needed to be taken care or swiftly because the car was headed to college the following Friday. Called Ourisman Jeep and was transferred to “the person in charge of recall repairs”...no answer and sent back to the front desk. Second try and third tries...back to the front desk. After explaining the situation the front desk she checked to make sure the right person was at her desk. Transferred again, the call was answered, then I was put on hold...for 30 minutes, well after the closing time for the dealership repair. Called again Saturday morning and was told that I could leave my number. I explained the situation again and was told they would put my request in with “Urgent” . Late Monday morning after waiting for a call I called the dealership again. This time I finally got to the right person and, after a little pushing, I finally got an appointment in the time frame that I needed. The repair was fairly simple (reprogramming a computer program). Everything else was fine. More

Well worth the time and distance I’m about 9 miles away from Ourisman. I’d tried two other dealers under 5 miles from me, one who couldn’t program a remote start unit after 3 techs a I’m about 9 miles away from Ourisman. I’d tried two other dealers under 5 miles from me, one who couldn’t program a remote start unit after 3 techs and 2 hours but charged me anyway, asking me to come back next week for more, the other who wanted $250-$300 for a simple oil change (Ram 2500HD 6.7 Cummins diesel) saying they didn’t get a lot of those. So I paid a tech friend to program the remote, do my own oil/fuel filter services now, but I had new tires put on and the shop said I needed ball joints. Owner - who has the same model 4 years older - has had his replaced twice under warranty. I called Ourisman and set up an appointment just a few days out, dropped off the truck and got a ride home. About an hour and a half later I got a call that my truck was done, bearing wear was well under specs, got a ride back, no charge. Gotta say I could’ve stayed in their waiting room. Felt more like a living room at home. Comfortable chairs, TV, coffee, while other places had hard-bottom industrial seating in the showroom, this really told me Ourisman cares about their customers. Although I didn’t buy my truck from them, I’m considering buying a 2020 next year and Ourisman will be first on my list of places to look, and take my truck in for services I can’t do at home. More
