I had initially brought my Jeep in for a water leak which I believed to come from my A/C unit. It was found that after only two years my car unfortunately had a dry-rot firewall. After it was repaired and I I believed to come from my A/C unit. It was found that after only two years my car unfortunately had a dry-rot firewall. After it was repaired and I received the vehicle again I had noticed the water remained and got worse. Turns out I had some cracks around the roof of my car. After bringing it in a 2nd time and noting water droplets from the vents they called in a specialist to seal the leaks. Moe was extremely helpful every time I called and always provided updates. I would not hold anything against them for bringing it in a 2nd time because nobody knew there were additional issues until I myself found water in my trunk. All of my service was covered via warranty and Moe made sure to explain any concerns I had. He was extremely professional throughout the entire process and I recommend anyone getting service here to ask for Moe is possible. More
