I received a phone call within 2 minutes of my online request. Made an appointment, did a demo drive and bought a 2011 Sienna within hours. Henry was great to work with. Normally he works the associated KIA dealership, but fills in at this Toyota dealership and is the internet rep for both. The clincher: due to a very busy week, we were having scheduling issues in picking up the van in a timely manner. One of Henry's partner's - Jeff Hoyt offered to deliver it to my house. He and Henry (in the chase car) showed up about 30 minutes later. Much appreciated. More

The used car manager gave took great care of my trade, and gave me a great value for her, Heeman Yang Did great by getting me the deal and keeping me informed of the whole process And what was happening play by play. Darwin Jordan did just as great by Helping me feel at ease and getting me the best deal I could get, he gave me All the options that were in front of me and the decision was evident of Which one would be the best deal. The Customer Service Agent telling me of all the options and what I could do to protect my truck was phenomenal. Trina Thomas Then stepped in and taught me EVERYTHING about the truck no way could anyone drive away and not know every option about their vehicle. Denise L Myers Was there every step of the way to make sure that I was satisfied with my new truck. When the deal was complete, I got to ring the bell for good luck, the whole site erupted in clapping and cheering, now that is the way to make your customers feel like family. The other Associates around the dealership and the other staff also pitched In to check in and see how I was doing and asking about the vehicle I was about to purchase. Anyone who needs a new vehicle or even a used one, should buy at Ourisman. I will recommend Ourisman, the staff, sales team, finance team, management, and all other employees for the best car buying experience, and easiest, family style time any one will ever have. More

I had previously gotten a quote for my vehicle through the USAA buys program and when I went to purchase I told them I was a USAA member. There first price quote was significantly under the USAA target price! The finance guy found us a lower rate than our pre-approved rate that allowed us to keep the $500 rebate. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended. More

Sales rep Jacq Hall and sales manager Arlo Guthrie were very personable, pleasant, attentive and helpful. That part of the sales experience was very positive. After-purchase follow-up by "customer care" was less than stellar. When the first customer care rep approached us to learn we didn't have a smart phone he could program with the new car purchased, he basically dropped us into the waiting area saying the vehicle wasn't yet "up" and ready. There we waited until another kind soul saw us looking lost and followed up. Jacq came to the rescue, found the car and another customer care rep to walk us through the rest of the vehicle (more or less). The second rep was friendly, but had no systematic approach to the feature review. We walked through the rest of it ourselves as best we could when we got home - then found the new vehicle delivery checklist (with our mountain of documentation) that the dealership was supposed to go through with us and both parties sign on delivery. Never happened. No one ever mentioned it. We were not introduced to parts or service, given business cards of anyone for follow-up. It was like being hurried out the door after the dealership got our money, on to the next sale. And the finance guy asked us a very personal and inappropriate question while we were reviewing the sales paperwork. Ourisman Chantilly needs to work on improving its end-of-sales process and train its customer care staff better. More

And secondly which I need to mention is the finance manager who helped me a lot to actually get this car, Mr. Sharma. And the rest of the staffs who are there at that time. They were all so nice and accommodating. It was absolutely great experience.. More
